Victoria

The Sale of Land Act 1962 and Sale of Land Regulations 2005 (Vic) imposes duties and obligations on a vendor selling his or her land by auction.

The Property, Stock and Business Agents Act and Property, Stock 2002 (NSW) and Business Agents Regulation imposes duties and obligations on a vendor selling his or her land by auction.

Queensland
